Returns & Shipping
Shipping is free within the UK and EU for purchases of 2 or 3 items.
1 item UK shipping – £1.50
1 item EU shipping – £3
Maximum order quantity at one time is 3. Please contact us directly at email@example.com if you wish to order more than 3 and we can arrange a separate quote for you.
We endeavour to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt, however sometimes this just isn't possible but we will do it as soon as we can. Once your order has been processed we are unable to alter or amend it and ask that you wait for it to arrive before contacting us to arrange a return.
All quoted delivery times are estimates only and we cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by the delivery company. There may be times of the year when we will not process orders for a few days, you will be notified of this when you place your order. If in the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within two weeks without any explanation from us, please feel free to contact us and let us know so we can look into it and resolve it for you.
Your account will be charged at the time you place your order.
We only deliver to postal addresses within the UK and the EU. We will look to expand this in future.
Return of Goods Policy/Refunds
We aim to provide the highest standards of customer service and are always happy to refund returned products provided they are unused and can be resold. We cannot accept back goods that we cannot sell as new. Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the goods are returned safely with all return postage costs being the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated or agreed. When returning an item, always ask for a Proof of Posting. We are not liable for any returns that are lost or delayed in the post back to us
If you do wish to cancel an order, or if you are not satisfied with the products sent to you, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know which items you are not happy with and the reason why you would like to return the item. We will issue you a full refund.
Faulty Items or Items Sent In Error
If the product is faulty, or if we've made a mistake with your order and sent you the wrong item, we will also refund the cost of the original delivery and we will also pay the postage costs you have incurred to send back the item. Please enclose the till receipt from the post office.
If you are sending back an item please include the following details:

- Your Order Number
- Your Reason for returning the products

We will refund you within 10 days of receiving your returned goods. We can only make a refund against the original credit or debit card that you paid with. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Refunds can take up to 3 - 4 working days to get credited to the cardholder's account depending on the bank involved.
We will not refund anyone purchasing a Skirr branded product from another retailer/ebay etc….
